Our service process includes a follow-up call one month after the installation date to ensure you are satisfied with your investment.

Our service staff will register your equipment with the manufacturer to ensure you qualify for their applicable optimum offered warranty(s).

We keep a detailed service log for each piece of heating and cooling equipment you purchase from us to maintain a proper service record for warranty purposes should the need arise.

We call you annually to book a maintenance service to ensure your warranty requirements are met.
